Well, the other day I was helping my Mother-In-Law to move a bird table and the Results were quite astounding. Just by moving it a few feet the birds felt comfortable enough to trust that it was safe to eat there.
Before this it was maybe to close to the fence and the Cats may have got to the birds, not good – so why am I telling you this?

IT’S ACTUALLY SIMPLE! The reason we moved it is so that the birds could feel safe to eat, and it is just the same for us isn’t it. You see, we need to feel safe very often before we trust ourselves to move into greater areas and into the unknown. We all have experienced that feeling of being uncomfortable, uncertain and well just scared.
Sometimes our fears can dominate our lives and thus determine the decisions we make.
But, we are able to adjust what we do and even in the slightest movements we can create WAY greater results.

So Let’s Discuss The Idea Of Adjusting Our Sails!
When we can adjust our sails even slightly and try things slightly differently we can see ‘huge’ results.
It’s just that many will never know as they don’t try!
So, the only real difference between YOU and someone you may wish to be is so small that you would be amazed.
It is sometimes just a matter of being prepared to try something a little different. A slight change that is required to get the job done PROPERLY and create better results.
It also reminds me of when we want to create more Online Success but we don’t know where to find them to grow our business we can simply look at things slightly differently.
A shift in perspective, a slight tweak in a process, an altered system or perspective can work wonders.
In business the ultimate goal is to get people to like and buy from you right?
So it might be in our marketing efforts, or maybe we are missing the message which we need to really understand? The more we are prepared to be open to other ideas we then see a bigger picture and can draw from other team members wisdom and experiences.

People will buy when it feels right for them.
So what do they want from you?
What do you need to do about it?
You are creating the Results for them which will bring you specific results for you. Either you are getting what you want and they are or something is wrong.
It may take some time whilst you continually adjust what you do but, you will get there as long as you are prepared to adjust and grow.

Maybe it’s something TINY or something BIG?
Maybe it is a MINDSET THING or maybe it’s an ACTION?
You probably know what things need to be adjusted in your current situation?
WRITE THEM DOWN AND TACKLE THEM 1 BY 1.
The thing is that – something in your personal life could be affecting your BUSINESS/WORK LIFE or visa versa? If you can identify what tweaks may make a massive difference write them down and drill down into areas deeper to understand what you can do about them.
So different areas of life impact on other areas but when we look at what might be going wrong we can then adjust! For me it was more mental BLOCKAGES and BELIEF SYSTEMS that I was stuck on. So I worked on my vision, my aims, and the results I wished to create more of. Until I got clarity around that I couldn’t move forward.
Once I began to THINK DIFFERENTLY about certain things I FOUND MY SUCCESS RATE steadily increased!
Everything is really connected!
This is why ‘when one thing’ happens it has a knock on affect to maybe many other things.
Once we realise that things are all interconnected it makes life a little easier to know why it is worth GETTING THINGS RIGHT.

How long have you been in your current business?
> How is it working out for you?
> How have you changed or amended certain things which need attention?
> How long have you been doing the same things expecting different results?
> Why Haven’t you looked at what might be personally blocking your success?

Very often it can be an idea that we are comfortable, and in that belief system we conditioning our output. Unless we wake up to whatever it may be – we will suffer and struggle. And worse we may fail.
Many fail in their enterprise or venture because of exactly this.
They miss vital elements which if dealt with could be the only thing that was needed. And I will repeat that it might literally be a MINDSET shift that is required. It might not be an expensive system change or tech issue that is required.
This is just the same for your relationships and with friends.
If you miss out the vital components in creating and nurturing the relationship with yourself and with others then this will undoubtedly have a great impact in your relationships.
And, instead of BLAMING outside situations for our RESULTS why not look at what we are doing or not doing.

This really is a post of simplicity.
There is nothing sophisticated about adjusting what we do, YET it can create the most astounding and sophisticated results for us. And if we need to get help with these areas then it might pay to hire experts to help us see what we may be missing.

As you may already know, Business means understanding Human behavior in order to create greater sales. But its also in knowing where and how to measure this in order to scale up or let go of specific marketing efforts.
We need to define what changes are required.
I have worked with many people and organisations – and with clients from all kinds of backgrounds around the world and I have even seen situations where some would rush their work to hit deadlines and fulfill their roles, but at the same time not finish something properly.
So, another part of this is about self management, leadership and communication, because if a manager or leader expects something from a team member only to sabotage the whole project for the sake of an Hour or so, this can kill everything.
So, all of us have a responsibility in our lives and businesses around what we do, but also what we expect from others. A little bit of communication and awareness can go a long way.
Using this communication can create more sales. Whether we are selling on our blogs like I do, on email, on an eCommerce site, a website, or anything else, people need to feel TRUST. If they don’t trust us we won’t sell. It’s rally that simple. So, selling online needs to build on that trust using whatever tools are necessary as we don’t always have the face to face option.
That’s why zoom can be very powerful. Much of my Coaching is done via this tool, so I can train others and they pay me to help them get results and reach their goals.
So, how re you selling? What are you selling? Why will others buy it? What trust have you established with them?
Increasing your numbers is an ongoing process and so needs ongoing monitoring and development. Knowing our numbers and knowing which areas can be scaled is vital to ongoing growth. It is important to define what your value really is and where it can be placed, for example; I can charge as a Coach, sell books, affiliate products, courses and training’s ALL based around my niche area. So I first got clarity around MY VALUE and from there was able to develop products and services around that.
How? I studied other Top performing coaches, looked at their sales funnels, ebooks, email lists and brands and formed my own unique angle after research. I added my own tech, booking forms and webinars and commanded £2000 per client as I positioned myself as the expert in my niche. One sale per week meant £8000 per month alone from Coaching, and so I added from there other streams.
I mastered the art of the sales call, and paid others to help me find those who were...
1) committed to change, 2) accountable, 3) Passionate, 4) prepared to invest in themselves, so I know I am talking with the right people.
This kind of selling is very powerful as you can really work through a process and create a great business income from Coaching or consulting of some kind. But I am also able to earn sales on automation from the affiliate products on this blog and in other areas. So, I would say that you need to get clear on WHAT YOU WANT and WHY, and then setting a plan for ACTION.
What type of sales do you want to create and why?
What are you values and how can they be monetized?
What are your income goals and why?
What will you do to measure your progress?
What help do you need with this?
What area/s can you earn from?
What trust can you form first?
You need to be able to build the trust, create relationships and identify exactly what your audience desires most. Then you need to bring your own unique angle to your business model.
I use both online and offline selling techniques, so I don’t rely on one way or one source and this is important – as if an area of selling dries up you can turn to others and scale them. Also, I always know what my ROI will be, so I know that what i invest in I will get back.
For example; I paid my Coach £2000 to help my get £2000 sales, and as I get on average one to two per week of course it was a sound investment. Make sense? So, I have been paid back many times over.
