In My Humble Opinion – Being A Great Leader In Anything Worthy Is Practically Going To Guarantee Your Success!
The reason being is that, when you can lead yourself and others you are going to be able to grow a business way faster than those who cannot lead. Why? Because you understand the fundamental need for self management, direction and movement.
And, no matter whether a particular business succeeds or not, these skills last you for life.
If you can Get Comfortable With Being A Leader you can create more success in anything.
TRUST is where it begins. Being able to trust yourself more in order to be able to trust your processes, and from there enabling others to trust your leadership.

In life and in business we all want to be trusted don’t we! So we need to earn it.
And we all want to be able trust others.
If we look at any great leader in our history we will see that good or bad people wanted to trust them to lead the whole.
Great leaders have always stood for what they believe with 100% conviction and passion for their cause.
This is what creates a true leader whom we can look up to and trust to lead us and again – some are awfully destructive dictators, but they are still great at leading. This is not a great thing, but I am simply illustrating the power it can command and the effect it can create.
But when the cause is right and it has a TRUTH and INTEGRITY to it, then the leader will be remembered for his/her contribution to that cause and he/she will help to serve for the better good in ways which will even change parts of history.
This is where ‘MASTERS’ know HOW TO Lead their field and Lead Others. By sharing their passions and building the great relationships the trust is forged, and we will then be able to create attention and GAIN RESPECT.

It is very important to know WHO you are spending time with! Whom do you respect and trust and whom do you look up to?
Are these people actually hindering your success or helping with your success?
You HAVE TO be around other leaders whom you like and trust and who don’t lead you into WRONG THINGS!
This way, by SELECTING WHOM you ASSOCIATE WITH you will CREATE SUCCESS BY ASSOCIATION. You will GROW FASTER AS AN INTEGRITY BASED PERSON. I have found that hiring various Professional Coaches has helped me in my process and journey for greatness.

Become someone who is KNOWN as a leader, and LIKED by others, who can be TRUSTED.
You have to understand the people that you are trying to gain trust from!
Also why they are doing what they are doing! Also, why will they trust you and what is it that they need guidance with? If you can position yourself as that person then you will create a great connection. If you create reasons for others to follow you, you will build a great name for yourself.

>EARN RESPECT and give them a reason to want to be with you.
>MAKE PEOPLE FEEL GOOD and THEY WILL APPRECIATE YOU.

This is just about the most important information you could ever read and understand FOR LEADERSHIP IN Life and that’s because, when we can lead in life and business we are controlling the direction of our lives and designing our lives the way we wish them to be.

Modern leadership:
We are living in a world today where things have shifted quite considerably. No longer do we always accept the old way of leaders who may have manipulated staff or teams and who were self interested and egocentric. Sure, some companies still hire and require this type of leader as in some business spaces it works for them, but certainly I have helped modern leaders to run Small Businesses whereby they actually care for their teams.
They learn soft skills and are compassionate and they have great listening skills. By applying these certain skills it means that robust and healthy small businesses are grown. It means that the leaders and the teams all work together in great ways, are more effective, productive and there is also greater team retention.
So this means that – we can create healthier lives, better businesses with greater ethics and growth which supports each person. Also, in creating greater connected customer service it means we have happier consumers and customers also.
If we can spend our time and energy in places which uplift others, empower others, encourage others and guide others to be their best, then it’s win win. A part of my journey was in letting go of past blockages to my own good, focusing on the acceptance that I had to face my fears and demons to grow, and I had to really learn to live in a place of love. From a place of love I believe we are more powerful and can achieve far greater advancements in our achievements all by applying workable techniques and principles.
This means PLACING OUR ENERGY into RAISING OTHER PEOPLES.
It may sound strange to you, but I had to also forgive myself and others in my past life throughout my own growth training in order to claim back my power – so i could lead without limitation. Very often, we prevent our own success and happiness, so there are ways we can overcome anything which may be sabotaging our true majesty and ability. So, trust yourself to be your best! As you can.
