Personal Integrity: Being Accountable!
So you like the butterfly? Me too, and I love how it forms into this creature. I also love how we can do so. We can create way greater lives and business when we take responsibility for our own actions.
This is really about you being your best self and having personal Integrity with all that you do.
If I didn’t believe in myself or what I share then I wouldn’t share it. All of my products and services are designed by me asking questions to my ideal market and listening to those whom I love helping the most.
Now, i have had to be accountable for my actions, and be aligned with my values in order to be able to grow a business which has a great foundation, structure and vision. My ethics are solid and my message is clear, but if I didn’t care about this the I probably would not have survived it all.

You may not have goals yet and you may not think that you are accountable but could this mean that you are not reaching your vision?
Personally I was lost, depressed, a college drop out and partying all the time and guess where my results were?
YES, not very good at all, so until I got clarity around my goals and vision I couldn’t build anything worthy.
Here’s a newsflash, you have to stop making excuses that are outside of you!
You and me are the solution to it all, and only when we take responsibility for our own actions do we start making real progress.
As a leader in my own business I also have a team of people and I have to be able to communicate with them in every way in order to fulfill my role and for them to fulfill theirs.
In the running of my businesses, in my life and in my chosen role I have to be clear on what they all mean. That’s why I believe it is so important to DEFINE OUR ROLES.
So, it’s simple really – WE are responsible for our own success in how we define our roles. End of!
No system, program or person is the magic pill – until we realize the kind of effort and action we have to take and apply towards our daily actions.
This means SPECIFIC ACTION. Not just any action.
This also means Focusing on what we ‘don’t like’ in order to get what we do like.
What I mean is that we have to put in the hard work, push ourselves, break through barriers and do what is necessary in order to build worthy lives of value.
For me it all started with grasping WHAT I could be grateful for and what I already had.
BUT WHY?
Because, when we can feel grateful in life it means we feel good, and we can then make better decisions which are healthier for us, so we will realize that all things come down to us.
Feeling good means happiness and this means a change of attitude which then shifts our perspective into that of seeing life as an OPPORTUNITY. An opportunity to THRIVE!
In creating this we become more and thus become more responsible for our actions.
This helped me massively.
Once I started to see life as an opportunity, I started to believe in my own PASSIONS. I wrote books, built this blog, started coaching, created products and so on and the best part is that all of my education, and experience enabled me to write what worked. No-one can choose their background but, they can for the most part change their current situation.
So I was from a crappy council estate, I had no father figure, no money and no guidance, but I appreciated what my Mother gave me. Her wisdom, compassion and care taught me to appreciate life no matter how bad things were, so I guess I was never a spoiled brat. But these days, so many people think that they are owed something and want something for nothing.
They simply want to appear good, give off a persona that they are in some way amazing and millions of fans will buy into it.
It can be quite a shallow world today in some ways In my humble opinion, so I believe its more important than ever that we do things honestly, ethically and with great consistent action.
We can learn the skills, grow in strength and expand as we act, but I would never expect things for nothing and so I have worked for everything I have and have created but in doing so I also have been able to help literally thousands of people from all over the world also.
Why do I care anyway?
Imagine if I WINGED it all of he time and didn’t really care what I did or what I delivered; I wouldn’t have made any impact on others and served them effectively. So, it’s simple – the greater you become, and the more you care the more business you get and the more you can give.
It makes a difference to me to make a difference, and so I have no issue with putting the work in.
Some people ask me ‘Greg! Can you help me to make money please?’…
…and I say ‘sure I can’ if you know ‘why’ you want to earn it, and what it means to you! Other than for just selfish reasons. So, I ask what are you prepared to ‘give’ in order to receive returns?
Because, that is what matters. WHAT WE CAN BRING and what VALUE we can deliver through working at being our best in your chosen niche or sector.

There is no easy road! We have get off of our backside and work like we really know why we are doing it.
In a sense, i see it as something much bigger than us. This way I feel obliged to do my best for the greater good. And whilst this may sound cheesy or a bit like I am trying to create some kind of utopia, it’s not. I genuinely feel that way, so perhaps that is what has helped me the most.
No great thing was ever achieved by someone going ‘I just want more money’!
Greatness comes from continued movement towards a worthy goal, or it wouldn’t be great, it would be mediocre.
The thing is – who doesn’t want more money?
Most of us do, so we can feel secure and help our loved ones and that’s a great reason, but if we are looking just to be greedy like many politicians, corporations and Non tax paying billionaires then that’s a bit different. I don’t have any time or respect for those who don’t care for others.
So, do you really want to put in the effort? Do you really want to be accountable?
Because it takes a special kind of person to do so.
Keeping an integrity journal.
Why don’t you have a P.I.A, a personal integrity account like I have, they are great.
This way – when you start bitching about someone else being to blame for your lack of focus and action you put a mark in your account.
The idea is that you add more integrity ticks than non-responsible ticks! Get the picture?
Try it! See how much you whine!
Then you will know why you are not getting the kind of success that you really want.
So, if you really want the finer things in life then i suggest that you get clear around your goals and take back control over your life.
What will you give up in order to see true lasting results?
Because you will have to give up something in order to gain something.

Self Control and clarity
Look for ways to reach out and grab your goals and make them 3D.
YOU HAVE TO GET INTO THE ZONE. Become what you want to see.
Make it tangible and kind of emotionalize your desired outcomes. I will spend 30 minutes every morning and night on them until I can begin to feel the presence of them embodied within me.
Make them A PART OF YOU or an extension of your self image.
The more you know what you want and can see it the greater power you will have.
It started for me with getting a bit introspective.
Without learning what you are about you cannot REALIZE what is yours by right. It meant for me breaking down the many layers which life had surrounded around me. I could see that I had limitations, past beliefs which were not healthy and I could also see where some of my destructive behaviors came from. So I started identifying these, clearing away the barriers and blockages and began building the new.
Much of what we BELIEVE good or bad defines us, and if we don’t challenge that when we are stuck then we will suffer more than we need to. Whilst getting to the truth can be painful, it is also tremendously rewarding as we become stronger, more stable and stop procrastinating.
Do You Want To Be Paid What You Are Really WORTH?
What is your worth?
What is your value?
Why are you valuable?
How are you going to demonstrate this?
How Will You Share Your Value In Order To Get Paid?
What will you deliver better than others?
When these things are CLEAR YOU CAN BEGIN!

Some Talk The Talk But What?
Yes, They Don’t Walk The Walk.
It’s like having knowledge but not using it. IT’S USELESS. Or Maybe a Ferrari With Diesel In It!

So, get responsible and think responsibly. REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE AS TOOLS TO WORK WITH. start where you are NOW with what you have and get to work.

> Be 100% responsible FOR EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE. Including YOUR THOUGHTS, YOUR FEELINGS, and YOUR ACTIONS.
> FOCUS on WHAT YOU WANT with PASSION, excitement and enthusiasm. NOT ON WHAT YOU DON’T WANT.
> FIND Tools To Help You. Books, audio’s, and Video’s. Coaches.
> ASK BETTER QUESTIONS when you don’t know. I DO THIS!

Finally; think about this, if you can do just this you will create greater growth, attract more loyal buyers, build solid teams of highly productive happy members, and become more fulfilled and satisfied in your role.
