There are many books, courses, training’s and so on which teach ‘how to reach goals’ and I have read just about all of them. But – the primary solution is to know what you want and then place all of your power onto that until you create it. But there are many ways we can do this.

Smart Goals Are The Only Way To Go FOR MAXIMUM IMPACT SO Learn This And Internalize It!
S= Specific Goal Setting – Meaning KNOW the goal inside out
M= Measurable – Monitor your progress every day
A= Achievable – Must be possible in the time frame and with tools you have
R= Realistic – Must be truly within capability
T= Time Limited – Must be tied to a specific time frame
WHY do this though? That’s up to you! But, these are common sense ways to achieve your goals, otherwise you may have no way to measure your improvements and success.

The more you grow the more of a leader you become and this is what really helped me. Because the more I could see my potential the more I know I had to share and express who I was and what I was. It was as though the more expansive I felt the more I had to step up and lead.

This video is very old but the point is that the principles never change. This was 15 years ago and I was just starting out as a Coach. I never quit.
TIP: Finding the right mentor to work with was essential to me being MY BEST so I can suggest that you find someone who has your best interests at heart and an push you to reach your goals.
When setting goals start small first and then increase them as you start to achieve success.
This is very powerful because – once we achieve something this motivates us to go further and so on. So, by reaching little goals on our journey we slowly increase our ability to do more and to create a greater ability to function at a greater capacity.
Thus – we grow, and get better and expand.
This is not rocket science because I am doing it and I am no Brain surgeon!:)
But I learned the hard way – by not doing this RIGHT FOR TOO MANY YEARS but then, I began taking small yet simple steps IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION and THINGS STARTED CHANGING.

The key is in knowing your goals because even though you may have a plan, that may change and mine always do, but they don’t stop me on my path.
I will get challenges, setbacks and obstacles just as we all do, but with a laser focused GOAL I know I will get there if I don’t quit.
So, why do so many quit?
Simply because they don’t believe in themselves enough. So, they try, fail and try again. But the question is ‘is this working?’
I believe that before you can accomplish anything truly worthy, you have to know what you want so that you don’t quit and start over.
You have to decide that ‘whatever you doing’ that is is from your values and important to you, so it must be worth it. And if it isn’t, it’s time now to set new, more meaningful goals.
If you’re truly PASSIONATE as I am about life, then it is really about carving our a PURPOSE drive life. From there you will have the kind of power that only top athletes and achieves posses. You’ll be more likely to commit and to set those powerful goals. So the aim is to focus on what you really want to accomplish, and it will make the journey that much sweeter as there will be a journey of ups and downs without doubt.

So, I believe that it is important then to ensure that your goals are aligned with a true purpose otherwise you are aiming at something which is not for you.
What is it that you REALLY want?
What could be your calling?
You must GET CLEAR AND FOCUSED on your goals with what what you feel is right. You might ask yourself well ‘I want to work online and make a ton of money’! NOT ENOUGH SORRY!
You have to KNOW WHY you are doing this and what area of online marketing you could excel in. You see, it’s about defining ‘your’ reason for doing this firstly and then setting goals to begin the journey.
THE MONEY IS NOT ENOUGH it has to be a PASSION OF YOURS to see significant success.
Sure, if you want to become an entrepreneur then money alone is cool, as long as you see that it is just a tool to be used to serve you. Not the other way around. If we become slaves to money then it determines our levels of power and happiness which is not ideal. We should be happy and powerful before we attempt to achieve anything. That’s why a great goal sets us up for greatness.

1) Create Small Goals To Start With AND RECOGNIZE THE RESULTS! Praise yourself and feel good about them and increase. 2) Define and Prioritize WHAT YOU WANT to achieve! You must have a specific and strategic action plan to work with. 3) COPY others who have done it before you! You don't need to re-invent the wheel especially these days. Study others. 4) Have Weekly and Monthly Goals TO MONITOR YOUR IMPROVEMENT! Always measure your progress up to 5-10 years ahead. 5) Take BITESIZE chunks TOWARDS THE GOAL UNTIL YOU GET THERE! (Rome Wasn't Built In Day!) Be steady and consistent. 6) Take Action Today. STARTING IS HALF OF THE PROBLEM! Most never start not because they cannot but because they are lazy. 7) Tackle things PROPERLY until COMPLETE! Don't HALF JOB ANYTHING! You must finish what you start. That's half the battle. As you can probably tell from this post, I LOVE reading inspiring quotes AND INTERNALIZING THEM as without the application there is no point at all. And quotes remind me of what is possible. Not of what isn’t. Its’a ll about my perspective.
Certainly without learning from great people who have been there and done it then ‘How Do We Know What We Can Achieve?’
We need to see those who have scaled Everest and those who have created great inventions. We need to see great poets, composers, artists, writers and business experts who go past what many think is possible.
So for me reading and learning is an essential part of my daily routine and it helps me to create the right mindset to the reach goals. Having the right knowledge WILL HELP YOU TO GAIN FOCUS and CLARITY and will KILL DOUBT! But it’s up to you to apply it, remember?

Of course there are many great tools out there so I suggest you use what you feel is best for you. We are all different and so, we all learn in different ways. I use a variety of tools to enhance my learning and i personally love to plug into powerful audios before I go to bed.
NOTE: Something I have learned about myself which really changed things for me was distinguishing between emotion and logic. I would use emotion with my vision, passions, goals etc and use all of my imagination. But, I would then put that to one side, and use my logical mind to take the action and to focus. It means that I wasn’t getting side tracked or disturbed from my goal. Whilst I get excited about what I do, and this drives me, I also know that I need to manage the emotional side as it can block or prevent progress. That’s just me! I don’t know what others do.
Also, change will happen and always does and sometimes – things don’t work out. But we have to roll with it, and move on. If we get too immersed in our failures, challenges and so on, we use up vital energy which could be placed into more productive and effective solutions.
